Iron Tiger Tuesday

What’s up guys, I’ve got another Tuesday update for ya. What sticks out most about this past week is the fact that we had a shooting happen near the shop on Friday night. We had already closed up for the evening but a few of us were still there and saw/heard it go down. Apparently, some cowardly, hood rat mother fuckers opted to open fire into a crowd of people as opposed to handling there shit like adults. Thankfully no one died but there were three people injured. I’ve had it up to here with this shit. That could have been any one of my friends (or yours) out for a good time on a Friday night just wanting to cross the fucking street. I guess we can all be thankful that marksmanship wasn’t a high priority for these pricks.

But you’re not here to listen to me rant; you want to know whats going on with the shop. Well alot of the guys were still out of town this past week. Gabe, Colin and Cody were out doing guest spots at various places in CA and Las Vegas. Phil spent the week tattooing at Trader Bob’s in STL. Our friend Casey came up to cover some more shifts while the guys were gone. As of some time tonight everyone should be back in town and back to work by tomorrow. Feel free to call the shop (573.499.1200) or just stop by to figure out when any of your favorite artists will be available.

Iron Tiger Tuesday

Well, the big news this week is that Katy is no longer tattooing at Iron Tiger. She had a great going away party at Roxy’s the other night complete with karaoke, drunken co-workers and remote control shark balloons. From here she’ll be traveling around doing guest spots. We’ll have a post up soon with more information about how to get ahold of her for appointments. I think I speak for everyone at the shop when I say it really sucks to see her go.

To help fill the chasmlike void that Katy left behind, Phil has moved back from Minnesota to take her place. He’ll be tattooing full time from here on out. Call the shop (573.499.1200) or just stop by for appointments and walk-ins.

Gabe, Colin and Cody are leaving this week for Ink and Iron in Long Beach. They’ll be gone for a couple weeks so if you have tattoos you need worked on you should get at them quick.

Oh ya, both Dirty Cody and Randy Schnar got ” fuck Jeff” tattoos this week. Enjoy.

Iron Tiger Tuesday

Well, another week down, another weekly update. A few of our guys were on the road over the weekend. Colin and Sid spent the weekend tattooing and piercing down at A1 World Famous Tattooing in Lake of the Ozarks. Our friend Casey came up to cover one of Colin’s shifts. Lars spent the weekend tattooing at All Star Tattoo and Trader Bobs Tattoo Shop in St. Louis.

Just as a reminder Gabe, Colin, and Cody will be tattooing at the Ink and Iron tattoo convention in Long Beach on June 7-9. Hit them up for appointments if you’re going to be in the area. Also, for those of you in town, Go to Katy’s going away/birthday party tomorrow (May 29) at Roxy’s so we can send her off in sloppy drunk Como style.

It was an interesting week at the shop. Alot of the locals were out of town for the holiday weekend but we still managed to stay occupied with some cool projects. Take a look.

Iron Tiger Tuesday

This week the Tuesday update is actually on time, imagine that. Despite MU’s graduation slowing the shop down a bit this weekend we still managed to grind out a decent amount of cool tattoos. I’ve got a bunch of pics for you today.

Our good friend Josh “Chappy” Chapman from Iron Age came in for a visit over the weekend to work on some pieces he has in progress. He also DJ’d at Roxy’s on Saturday night. It was alot of fun having him in town. The man has rad prints for sale if you’re in the market for some new decor.

We were all excited to see the new Iron Tiger stickers arrive this weekend. There are two different designs available. Feel free to stop by the shop and grab a few.

Iron Tiger Tuesday (Thursday) – Better Late Than Never

So ya, due to visiting relatives the Iron Tiger Tuesday update has been pushed back a couple of days this week. Sorry about that. I’ve got photos for you of pretty much everyone. Colin sustained a nasty gash in his leg the other day. Some drunk girl on a bike ran into him and the bottle of booze she had in her water bottle holder shattered and sliced his leg open. Other than that it was a decent week.

Katy is going to be moving soon. Go party with her for her Going Away/Birthday party on May 29th at Roxy’s.

Being that this is a College town and it’s the end of the semester I’m sure alot of you know someone who just graduated. Iron Tiger gift certificates are great for any occasion including but not limited to belated graduation presents. Just sayin’…
